Dinner with family and friends

Steve(Dave's Brother)and Megan(Steve's beautiful wife)
May 28th the night of the rehearsal dinner for Andrea and Phil was wonderful! All of the little cousins were able to play together while the older cousins caught up on everything going on in their lives.

Fun fact: Dave has 5 cousins on his dad's side, 7 including himself and his brother Steve. Out of the 7 3 have kiddos and soon to be 4 as Steve and Megan are expecting. Ready for this?? They are all boys and Megan will also be having a boy this winter. Lots of BOYS! So when I refer to the little cousins, I am simple referring to the children of Dave's cousins. The question is. . .will anyone have a girl?

Let me just tell you, the Abel's and Chenoweth's know how to throw a party. Laughter is heard through out the evening and little cousins often stay up way past their bed time. It is a wonderful and joy filled time. I could not have asked to be married into a better family!

The little cousins putting the older cousins and some of the guest in"Jail"
At one point, I am not sure how, but there was an idea planted into one of the little cousins heads to put EVERYONE in jail. So one by one family and friends were placed in jail. Christoper, an older cousin, had a talk with Benn, the oldest little cousin, and explained to him that they could not put everyone in jail. It just does not work like that. So everyone was set free! Except the soon-to-be newly weds. Andrea and Phil.

Chris, an older cousin, had a talk with Benn, explaining that he can NOT put everyone in Jail.

  1. I just scrapbooked the entire wedding weekend! (Well, I have one more page to finish...but it's mostly done.) Yay! All the pics of the kids crack me up. I was also thinking that in the picture of Grammy and Poppy with the six great-grandsons --- I should have just popped my belly in the picture. Our firstborn being a boy was definitely inevitable! hehe.
