Whitehorse to Watson Lake

When Big Brother gets bored he draws on baby
When JJ gets bored he draws on himself

Day 4
Sleeping in feels great! All we do is sit in a car all day, but yet we are all exhausted. Dave and I are keeping up with our exercise as much as possible during this trip. I would not say this is the easiest thing to do, but when all you do is sit in a car day in and day out a run feels good!  Today is Daves turn to run while I sit back with the kids. We made breakfast in the hotel and also did laundry before we hit the road again.
Before heading out of town we drove past the S.S. Klondike, saw a fish ladder and also exchanged some money for Canadian money. It reminds me of Korean money.
The Drive between Whitehorse was quit uneventful, however, I welcome this. We made it to Watson Lake around 7pm and got to see the famous Sign Post Forest. It was not clear enough to walk around the forest and we did not leave a sign, but it was neat to see.
We checked into our "home" for the night! The Big Horn Hotel!! It was terrible! Out dated, SMELLY and just dirty. It appeared that the bed spreads and sheets were the same sheets they used when they first opened in the early 80s. If I did not know any better, I would have thought the boys were smoking a few cigarettes in the bathroom during their shower. It was awful!
Our 80s stay in Watson Lake
We did not even bother cooking dinner in our room we went up the way to "Kathy's Kitchen" for yummy home cooked food! The owners work right there in the kitchen with their employees and are very sweet. It was a good experience.
Regretfully, we had to return to the hotel to sleep.
The next day we were up and out before 9am (that is early for us) that is how bad we needed out of that place. We stopped by Kathy's Kitchen for coffee and we were off.
