Tri-Cities, WA

Sunday morning we decided to get up for an impromptu road trip to Tri-Cities, WA. It is about an hour away and it has an REI. While this REI is small we still had a good time. We just happen to get there on the day they had an "adventure day" for kids going on.
Both boys were able to climb this blow up climber. JJ was a little short but did okay and Benn took that thing over making it to the top.

They both participated in a bike rodeo and also won cool prizes for other activities.

After REI we headed to a super cool park off the Columbia River in Tri-Cities. It was a wonderful family day and we enjoyed being out of Yakima for a little while.

 Baby LOVES the swings!!

The boys thought this water playground was super cool and enjoyed dodging the water.
Yep, Daddy enjoyed running through too!! WE LOVE BEING PARENTS! Gives us a chance to be kids all over again!!
We miss Mooses Tooth a lot. It is the best pizza that we love and since moving to Yakima we have yet to find anything that compares. On our way home from Tri-cities we drove through Prosser, WA. We heard there was a good pizza place there and we had to check it out. Johnny's Pizza Stone. It was a small pub right off the highway. The service was good and the atmosphere inviting and while the pizza was good. . . we still miss Mooses Tooth. (Maybe they ship, hee!hee!)
While we waited for our pizza we played air hockey with the boys (using straws and paper) and watched football. The New York Jets and the Baltimore Ravens.
The boys love to watch foot ball with daddy

Another week down and many more to go. We are thankful for Gods provision as we continue on this adventure. He continues to bless us and guide our way and in that we will continue to give our lives over to him daily. I know I have said this before, with out God this time would be hard, overwhelming and almost impossible. With Him guiding us, we are happy, blessed, content and so much more.
We serve an awesome God!!
Psalm 127:1
Unless the LORD builds the house,
   its builders labor in vain.
Unless the LORD watches over the city,
the watchmen stand guard in vain.
