SALMON

 This is totally blog worthy!!! Living in Alaska salmon is always around!  We catch enough each summer to sustain us all winter. But for our move here we did not bring any salmon with us and have missed it dearly!
Our wonderful friend in Alaska kept us in his thoughts and sent us a box full of beautiful salmon!!

 So for dinner that night we had grilled Salmon, zucchini, sweet onions and fresh rolls. I think for a sec we all felt like we were in heaven!

 Thank you Don for the yummy salmon!! We appreciate it more then you know!
